Secure PIN-Entry Method Using One-Time PIN (OTP)

The regular PIN-entry method has been still the most common of authentication for systems and networks. However, PINs are easy to be captured through various attacks, including shoulder-surfing, video-recording, spyware. This could attributed involuntary nature entering original PIN during authentication. In this paper, we employ an indirect input that utilizes addition mod 10 a mini-challenge keypad in order produce one-time (OTP) obscures PIN. results our user study manifest proposed provides better security than existing methods while maintaining acceptable level usability. Moreover, feedback fully support use critical-security situations.
